CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS


Eligibility: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. 


Employees of SaskWatch Research®, Insightrix Research®, affiliated companies, their advertising agencies, and any family members of such are not eligible to enter or win. Members must be Saskatchewan residents with a permanent address. Insightrix will require proof of residency to receive your prize. That outside of Saskatchewan will not be entered or accepted. 


All entrants to any SaskWatch Research® promotions imply and agree to participate in the promotions and obey the rules by their participation.

Up to 20 extra entries can be awarded to members who refer up to four (4) friends to SaskWatch from October 13 to October 26th (5 extra entries per referral). Referral points will be credited as usual.* 


Prize Draw 
 

The prize draw will take place on November 25 at 1:00 PM at the offices of Insightrix Research Inc. in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. One (1) potential winner and one (1) backup winner for the available prize will be drawn randomly from all eligible entries received during the contest period. 


All prizes must be accepted as awarded. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and are not redeemable for other prizes. However, SaskWatch Research® retains the right to substitute a prize with another if the original prize offered is unavailable due to circumstances beyond the control of SaskWatch Research®. 


The promotion’s winner will permit SaskWatch Research® to use their name, voice and likeness without prior notice or compensation for promotional purposes about the Contest in either broadcast or print forms.

Prize Description

  • The winner will two (2) admission passes for Canadian Western Agribition.

  • Each ticket has one (1) adult admission ticket (ages 18+) valid on any day between Nov. 29 and Dec. 3

  • Two (2) gold seating tickets for Maple Leaf Finals Rodeo. The Rodeo is happening at Brandt Centre, Regina, on Saturday, Dec 3, 2022, at 7 PM.

  • Chances of winning are determined by eligible entries received during the contest period

How to Enter


Fill out The Contest Survey by logging in/joining to enter.

You MUST be a SaskWatch Member.

If you wish to receive extra entries into The Contest, refer friends using your unique referral link.

The Contest is open to all residents of Saskatchewan who are 18 years of age or older at the time of Entry and SaskWatch members.

One (1) Entry Per Person/Five (5) Entries Per Referral (up to 4 referrals, 20 entries bonus/total).

 

Employees of SaskWatch Research/Insightrix Research are not eligible for the Contest. In addition, employees of any company involved in the SaskWatch Research Contest Promotions are not eligible to win their corresponding prize. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.


Prizes are subject to the conditions, restrictions, expiry dates, requirements and regulations noted on the prize certificates and applicable at delivery and use. Prizes are not transferable and will be awarded to the confirmed winner only. The prize is awarded in CAD and must be accepted as awarded. If the prize is non-refundable, SaskWatch Research will award the prize winner's prize value in CAD.

To this disclaimer, SaskWatch Research will be referred to as “The COMPANY.”


The Company will attempt to contact the selected entrant via phone and email for approximately two days (48 hours) following the draw, between 9:00 am CST and 9:00 pm CST. If the Company cannot contact the selected entrant after five (5) attempts, the Submission will be rendered null and void, and another selected entrant will be chosen. This procedure will be repeated until a selected entrant has been contacted within the given time. The selected entrant must have complied with the official contest rules to win the prize. Prizes must be accepted as awarded without substitutions or transfers. Any additional costs incurred in using a prize are the winner’s responsibility. In addition, the winner is responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes that may be associated with the prize.


By participating in the Contest, entrants accept and agree to: a) these Official Contest Rules and the decisions of the Company regarding any aspect of the Contest, which shall be final and binding in all respects; and b) release, discharge, and hold harmless, Insightrix Research, the Company and, their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, and employees, including their promotional agencies, from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of their participation in the Contest and the acceptance or use, misuse, or possession of any prize. In addition, by accepting a prize, winners agree to the Company’s and its designees’ use of their names and photographs for advertising and publicity purposes without compensation.


By entering the Contest, entrants consent to the Sponsors’ collection, use and disclosure of the entrant’s personal information provided on the Entry for the administration of the Contest and in an aggregated form to create reports regarding entrant demographics, which reports the Sponsors may in their sole discretion use and disclose to others. In addition, Contest Entrants will be enrolled in SaskWatch Research e-newsletters, from which they may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of the email. The Company will not otherwise sell or disclose entrants’ personal information.


The Company and each of their respective affiliated and associated persons and entities are not responsible or liable, jointly, or severally, for any of the following: erroneous, damaged, destroyed, lost, late, incomplete, illegible, incorrectly addressed, or misdirected entries, regardless of the cause; failure for any reason whatsoever of selected entrants to receive prize notification packages; or malfunctions or errors that may occur, regardless of the cause.

Sweepstakes & Contests. To participate in online sweepstakes, we may require you to register and provide us with personal information and certain other information like age and region. This Privacy Policy applies to sweepstakes we may administer online, including Facebook, Instagram and other social media or digital platforms. Facebook and other social media networks used to promote this Contest are not responsible for the contest rules and regulations. We will use the information you provide us, including administering sweepstakes disclosed during participation. You should carefully review the Official Rules of any sweepstakes or contest. Promotional Emails. SaskWatch will never sell or rent your information to marketers. Still, we ask if you want to receive such emails from us during sweepstakes, a promotion registration process, or other features on a SaskWatch Research property. If you wish to receive our promotional emails, you will be asked to provide certain personal information and areas of interest so that we can fulfill your quest. If you would like to stop receiving such emails, please refer to the opt-out provisions within the email. You will never receive sponsored or paid-for content from any third party.
